MONROE CITY, Mo. — Macon beat Monroe City 10-7 in softball Thursday.
Macon scored one run in the second, four in the third, and five in the seventh. Monroe City scored two in the fifth, four in the sixth, and one in the seventh.
Macon had seven hits and three errors. Monroe City had eight hits and five errors.
Monroe City's Bradi Keller had two hits and three RBI. Monroe City's Ivy Kauble pitched six innings, allowed two earned runs, and struck out seven.
Macon is 4-5.
