DWI Arrest Leads to Child Endangerment Charges for La Plata Woman

A La Plata woman is scheduled in court today for a bond hearing on charges of felony endanging the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, operating a vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, and speeding.

Laci L. Noel, 35, was arrested by the Highway Patrol on May 10 at 6:27 p.m. The Highway Patrol lists her as being from Trenton, Mo.; however, the criminal complaint lists her address as La Plata.

On May 11, Circuit Judge Rick Tucker signed an arrest warrant with a $10,000 cash-only bond.

Criminal chares are only allegations unless and until proven in court.
