Macon beat Westran 13-6 in varsity softball Monday.
Macon scored two runs in the first inning, three in the second, and eight in the sixth. Westran scored one run in the third, four in the fourth, and one in the sixth.
Macon's line was 2-3-0-0-0-8-0, with 13 runs, nine hits, and two errors. Westran's line was 0-0-1-4-0-1-0, with six runs, 10 hits, and two errors.
Macon is 12-16.
K. Carroll, of Westran, had two hits, drove in three runs, and hit a home run. K. Fuemmeler, of Westran, pitched five innings and allowed 10 earned runs with two strikeouts.
